What I liked:
- Lương và các chế độ như: OT, thưởng của công ty tốt
- Các hoạt động vui chơi của công ty thì khỏi bàn: mỗi năm mỗi mới lạ và thú vị.
- Mục đích chính để mình quyết định gắn bó với công ty lâu dài vì công ty giúp mình định hướng career path rõ ràng, có nhiều cơ hội để phát triển bản thân và sự nghiệp ở đây. Sếp luôn quan tâm, động viên và chia sẻ giải pháp đúng thời điểm.
- Thời gian làm việc khá thoải mái, linh động. Rất rất ít khi phải OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Văn phòng nếu được mở rộng khu sinh hoạt, ăn uống nữa thì tuyệt vời.
