What I liked:
Công ty đa số là các bạn trẻ, năng động, rất vui vẻ hòa đồng, mọi người sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau trong và cả ngoài công việc. Trong công việc ai nấy đều rất tập trung, ít khi thấy các bạn lướt web hay làm việc cá nhân, bản thân mình khi được làm việc chung với các bạn từ những ngày đầu cũng khá bất ngờ và dần dần cũng ảnh hưởng được thói quen tốt này.
Sếp thì có tâm, biết lắng nghe và trao quyền chủ động cho nhân viên, tạo cơ hội cho các bạn thử thách bản thân.
Công ty có các tài khoản hỗ trợ các khóa học online với nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau, mình cũng được cấp tài khoản để học hỏi nâng cao kiến thức trong công việc.
Ở Enlab mọi ý kiến đóng góp và sự cố gắng của bạn đều được ghi nhận, ban đầu mình có 2 tháng để thử việc nhưng công ty đã rút ngắn thời gian xuống còn 1 tháng, hiện tại chỉ mới là tháng thứ 3 mình được làm việc tại Enlab nhưng cảm thấy bản thân đã có những bước tiến mới hơn so với trước đây. Môi trường sẽ rất phù hợp với các bạn mới ra trường đi làm, sẽ có nhiều cơ hội để phát triển bản thân hơn.
Chính sách OT của Enlab được thông báo rõ ràng và hợp lý
Suggestions for improvement:
Nhân sự càng ngày càng đông nên văn phòng hơi chật, trong tương lai cần mở rộng nhiều không gian hơn.
Bổ sung thêm khu vực vui chơi, một số trò chơi để nhân viên giải tri ngoài giờ làm việc.
Có nhiều cơ hội để phát triển bản thân, môi trường năng động, thân thiện
