What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc quốc tế, chuyên môn, được có cơ hội làm việc với khách hàng, đồng nghiệp từ nhiều quốc gia.
Đồng nghiệp, leaders thân thiện, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi gặp khó khăn trong công việc.
Quy trình làm việc tương đối bài bản, áp dụng nhiều thực hành Agile và các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cao.
Các bộ phận non-IT cũng chỉn chu, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.
Có cơ hội học hỏi công nghệ mới và cải thiện kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh trong quá trình làm việc với các team global.
Chính sách làm việc linh hoạt và cân bằng ở đa số dự án, nhưng cũng tùy project và team sẽ có trải nghiệm khác nhau.
Hầu như không cần OT, khi nào cần OT thì sẽ được leaders cân nhắc kỹ và trả lương OT theo đúng quy định
Suggestions for improvement:
Cơ hội tăng lương hoặc điều chỉnh thu nhập phụ thuộc khá nhiều vào tình hình dự án và thị trường nên có những giai đoạn chưa đáp ứng được kỳ vọng của nhân viên.
Thông tin rõ hơn về tiêu chí đánh giá hiệu suất, lộ trình phát triển nghề nghiệp và yêu cầu cho từng level.
Đầu tư hơn cho thiết bị làm việc như laptop, màn hình.
