What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc ổn, lương cơ bản tốt và không bị ép OT nên làm lâu cũng không bị quá tải. Công ty cũng có các khóa học nội bộ, nên nếu muốn phát triển thêm kỹ năng thì vẫn có cơ hội học hỏi.
OT tùy theo dự án nhưng đa số là không có, nên nhìn chung vẫn giữ được work-life balance
Suggestions for improvement:
Thưởng chưa cao, pantry chưa có đồ ăn vặt. Mức tăng lương sau review còn thấp.
Môi trường lành mạnh, tích cực, dễ phát triển nhưng công nghệ hơi hạn chế
