What I liked:
Cty còn non trẻ và trong quá trình phát triển, tư duy đổi mới từ thể hệ trẻ được áp dụng rất nhiều. Các bạn sinh viên mới ra trường rất thích môi trường làm việc tại đây vì không quá gò bó về kỹ năng tay nghề.
Nhân viên trẻ ở hầu hết các vị trí công việc, nên giao tiếp không quá khó. Làm việc trên tinh thần "vừa học vừa làm" nên luôn phải tự tìm hiểu và phát huy kỹ năng của bản thân.
Nếu bạn có tay nghề không cao, cty luôn có các khóa đào tạo từ A-Z để nâng cao tay nghề.
Chế độ OT từ cty không minh bạch. Cty cần xem lại vì đây là công sức của người lao động.
Suggestions for improvement:
Công đoàn không hiện diện nhiều trên cty, đa số là WFH. Nhân viện hầu như rất khó tìm ra tiếng nói đại diện vì quyền lợi. Nếu nhân viên có điều gì thầm kín thì đa số là nhắn tin riêng với PM để trao đổi, PM sẽ tâm sự riêng vào giờ ăn hay sau giờ làm việc. Thường lời khuyên là "Do em mới ra trường nên còn bỡ ngỡ, Chứ môi trường làm việc kiểu này thì đâu cũng vậy thôi."
Tuy nhân viên đa số còn trẻ và mới ra trường, nhưng đều lớn hết rồi, kỹ năng giao tiếp và nhận thức vấn đề đều có. Một feedback đưa ra đều có suy nghĩ và cân nhắc. Nhiều feedback không phải là xấu, mà thể hiện nhân viên còn niềm tin vào cty, tin đây vẫn là môi trường làm việc tốt. Khi nhân viên không thèm feedback nữa, cũng là lúc họ sẽ tìm hướng đi mới.
