What I liked:
Môi trường chuyên nghiệp, Làm việc thôi mô hình Agile Scrum, Bộ phận IT đông, đủ các vị trí dev, design, BA, test, design...
Tầng dưới là trung tâm thương mại, có vé tháng bãi gửi xe dưới hầm rộng rãi, tiện cho việc order trà sữa/ ngắm gái
Ít OT, Chỉ OT khi vượt quá thời gian estimate, mà thời gian này do mình đặt ra
Suggestions for improvement:
Hơi nhiều khảo sát, dù sao việc này cũng là để cải thiện trải nghiệm của nhân viên với công ty
Môi trường phù hợp cho với các bạn trẻ năng động và nhiệt huyết

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
