Pretty good experience overall. Company is a human company.
Nice people and respect their employees. It's a nice place to work.
Suggestions for improvement:
Less scrum please. Scrum is not applicable for all kind of projects. We don't need scrum for most projects. Also, some projects are not very interesting, but, company needs projects so it's normal.
