What I liked:
Công ty benefit OK về mặt bảo hiểm
Tiền cho team hằng tháng.
Anh em, đồng nghiệp, sếp tính cách hòa đồng vui vẻ OK, ít khi nói xấu nhau, nếu có mình cũng không rõ.
OT trả lương đầy đủ, nhưng phải request đúng ngày.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Về thiết bị thì Laptop và màn hình còn khá yếu, đa số tự dùng máy cá nhân.
- Thưởng thì tùy dự án, nếu dự án không doanh thu nhiều thì chịu.
- Tết thì chỉ có tháng 13
- Review performance sau này thì hơi lằng nhằng, làm anh em khá nản.
- Quy trình phỏng vấn nên được đầu tư hơn để tuyển người chất lượng hơn.

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
