What I liked:
- Giờ giấc tự do, linh động (đối với IT)
- Được quyền tự do quyết định (đối với team lead), từ việc chọn nhân sự cho team, chọn công nghệ, ý tưởng thiết kế... Ý kiến của sếp chỉ đóng vai trò tham khảo, định hướng, sếp không can thiệp quá nhiều về kỹ thuật.
- Sếp có ghi nhận các đóng góp và nỗ lực của nhân viên.
- Thanh toán OT đầy đủ
Lương phụ cấp OT đầy đủ, thanh toán đúng hạn.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Lương của Junior hơi thấp, Senior trở lên thì khá hơn.
- Nhiều người thích thể hiện mình, có việc chia phe phái, đấu đá nhau, sếp biết nhưng không có cách xử lý.
Không phải chỗ cho người giỏi
