What I liked:
Giờ giấc làm việc linh hoạt, môi trường phù hợp với intern và fresher để học hỏi và phát triển. Công ty có nhiều dự án đa dạng, tạo cơ hội tiếp cận nhiều công nghệ và tích lũy kinh nghiệm thực tế.
Công ty thanh toán OT đầy đủ theo quy định, tuy nhiên cần đăng ký và được phê duyệt trước khi làm thêm.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nên cải thiện cơ sở vật chất và môi trường làm việc để tăng hiệu quả. Một số dự án đã qua nhiều đời nên việc tiếp cận và bảo trì khá khó khăn, cần đầu tư refactor và tài liệu hóa tốt hơn. Mức lương hiện chưa thực sự cạnh tranh đối với nhân sự từ Junior trở lên. Ngoài ra, nên xem AI là công cụ hỗ trợ thay vì quá phụ thuộc, đồng thời tăng cường review kỹ thuật và chia sẻ kiến thức để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.
