What I liked:
Đã làm ở CF được 2 năm, để mô tả cảm nhận của mình về công ty bằng 1 từ, mình sẽ chọn HAPPY.
- Văn hoá làm việc cởi nhở, mọi ý kiến đóng góp đều được đón nhận.
- Không ngại thay đổi nếu thay đổi đó có big value
- Mọi nhân viên trong công ty đều cởi mở, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ mọi người, đặc biệt là tính tự giác cao. Luôn chủ động làm việc, và tìm hiểu những vấn đề liên quan để giải quyết công việc đúng dealine.
- Leader có skill và kĩ thuật tốt, định hướng phát triển dc cho members.
- Phúc lợi cho nhân viên luôn được đảm bảo: có snack hàng ngày để tránh tụt huyết áp nếu mn có say sưa công việc quá. Summer trip hàng năm được chuẩn bị khá kĩ của đội ngũ Back office, tỉ mỉ từ nơi ở, chỗ ăn, phương tiện và điểm vui chơi. Khoản vui chơi của CF mình luôn vote 5 *.
- Công ty còn có khoản bảo hiểm sức khoẻ cho nhân viên và gia đình nữa. Điểm này quá tốt cho những nhân viên có con nhỏ, cứ phải thăm hỏi bác sĩ hàng tháng.
- Working time: flex, được WFH 5 ngày / tháng, điểm này lợi cho những ngày mưa bão này :))), ngồi làm việc và nhìn ra ban công xem mn lội nước
- Product của công ty có nhiều ý tưởng hay. Đội implement không lo thiếu việc :))

Suggestions for improvement:
Có thêm vách ngăn bàn dưới chân để có không gian riêng tư hơn.
