What I liked:
- Công ty nhiều người trẻ, năng động, vui vẻ. Các sếp rất nhiệt tình và hiểu biết sâu rộng, đồng nghiệp cũng thân thiện nữa. Những người hướng nội như mình cũng không sợ khó hòa nhập đâu.
- Vị trí ở tầng 2 quá đắc địa nên nỗi ám ảnh chờ thang máy gần như không có. Sáng và chiều leo bộ mấy cầu thang là tập thể dục luôn.
- Công ty rất quan tâm đến sức khỏe nhân viên; gói bảo hiểm sức khỏe làm mình có thói quen khi nào ốm sẽ không tự đi mua thuốc mà đi khám rồi uống thuốc theo đơn của bác sĩ. Gói khám bệnh định kì hàng năm cũng xịn xò lắm; tầm soát các bệnh khi vẫn còn đang ở “mầm” chưa kịp biểu hiện.
- Ở đây bạn yên tâm sẽ được công ty chăm sóc từ sức khỏe đến tinh thần. Công ty có rất nhiều các câu lạc bộ cho NV tham gia: CLB bóng đá, xem phim, sách, đi bộ… Ngoài ra còn có bàn Bi-lắc; PS5. Bạn có sở thích gì thì công ty có CLB đó 😊
- Có chương trình self-led learning cho nhân viên, tạo văn hóa học tập làm cho một đứa lười như mình cũng tham gia được vài khóa học rồi. Ngoài ra chính các anh chị nhiều kinh nghiệm trong công ty cũng sẽ tự mình đứng lớp, training các khóa học cho đồng nghiệp luôn. Nói chung là ở đây lúc nào cũng sẽ có cơ hội học tập, phát triển bản thân.
hầu như không phải OT, nếu có OT thì sẽ được tính lương đầy đủ
Suggestions for improvement:
Nếu được thêm lương thứ 14,15 thì trên cả tuyệt vời luôn
Văn phòng đẹp, chế độ phúc lợi ổn, công việc có thử thách không nhàm chán
