What I liked:
1. Thời gian làm việc:
- Thời gian làm việc flexible, thêm đó có 5 ngày wfh / tuần (phù hợp với người có con nhỏ vì mình toàn dành ngày wfh đề phòng lúc con ốm)
- Công ty không có checkin checkout nên khi mưa tắc đường không lo, với nếu có công việc đột xuất cần về sớm thì đều được, miễn là chủ động đảm bảo công việc
2. Môi trường làm việc:
- Văn phòng làm việc đẹp, bàn làm việc rộng rãi
- Mỗi người được cấp 1 laptop rất tiện cho việc wfh. Ngoài ra các trang thiết bị khác sẽ được cấp.
- Khá nhiều câu lạc bộ cho các bạn trẻ tham gia
3. Phúc lợi:
- Cái mình thích nhất là bảo hiểm cho người thân (chồng, con), phù hợp cho người có con nhỏ.
- Có trợ cấp internet
- OT trả tiền đầy đủ (nhưng khá hiếm)
- Thưởng lễ tết đầy đủ, tiền team building, du lịch hàng năm.
4. Đồng nghiệp:
- Thân thiện, có thể tám chuyện với nhau trên trời dưới đất.
- Mọi người chia sẻ kinh nghiệm với nhau, hỗ trợ nhau nhiệt tình
5. Đào tạo:
- Có khoản hỗ trợ đào tạo cho nhân viên
- Có các buổi tech sharing cho tất cả mọi người trong công ty.
Có trả OT đầy đủ, mặc dù siêu hiếm. Nhiều anh em còn muốn OT thêm.
Suggestions for improvement:
Rất nhiều người giỏi tiếng anh trong công ty nhưng với một đứa dốt tiếng anh như mình mong muốn có 1 câu lạc bộ tiếng anh để nâng cao khả năng giao tiếp
