Mong muốn công ty mở rộng thêm các khóa học kỹ năng mềm và chứng chỉ chuyên môn quốc tế phù hợp. Tổ chức các buổi chia sẻ kiến thức định kỳ thường xuyên hơn, không chỉ gói gọn trong kỹ thuật mà còn mở rộng sang tư duy sản phẩm và quản lý dự án để tạo không gian học hỏi liên tục
Một bến đỗ work-life ballance, năng động và chuyên nghiệp
