What I liked:
- Hệ thống lớn, chủ yếu làm việc với các services của AWS, nhưng các sếp cũng rất open trong việc dùng các công nghệ, kiến trúc mới.
- Môi trường làm việc linh hoạt không chấm công, đề cao tinh thần chủ động và trách nhiệm cá nhân.
- Mỗi tháng có 5 ngày làm việc từ xa, thuận tiện cho những khi sức khỏe không tốt hoặc điều kiện đi lại khó khăn như mưa bão.
- Lương thưởng cạnh tranh so với môi trường bên ngoài, luôn trả lương đúng ngày hoặc trước 1,2 ngày. Không bao giờ nợ lương.
- Đồng nghiệp nhiều người trẻ, các anh chị có chuyên môn cao, luôn vui vẻ hỗ trợ lẫn nhau trong công việc.
- Pantry luôn có sẵn đồ ăn và cà phê, phục vụ nhu cầu của mọi người trong giờ làm việc, ngoài ra có bàn bi lắc và máy PS5 cho mọi người giải trí.
- Công ty hay tổ chức giải game LOL, Bi lắc, PS5 rất vui
- Ít khi phải OT và tuỳ từng team khác nhau
- Nếu có thì sẽ được sắp xếp trước và trả lương đầy đủ
Suggestions for improvement:
- Điều hoà lúc nóng lúc lạnh giống như tính tình của các chị tester vậy
- Mình thích chương trình hackathon ae code mệt nhưng vui =)) mà năm nay không có nữa (nếu được thì công ty có thể giữ chương trình này ^^)
