What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc thân thiện, đồng nghiệp luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ và chia sẻ kinh nghiệm là điều khiến tôi gắn bó với công ty. Ngoài ra, ban lãnh đạo luôn cởi mở, tôn trọng ý kiến đóng góp của nhân viên và tạo điều kiện linh hoạt để mỗi cá nhân có thể chủ động sắp xếp, hoàn thành tốt công việc của mình.
Chính sách OT hiện tại của công ty khá rõ ràng và minh bạch.
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty nên tổ chức thêm các buổi giao lưu hoặc chia sẻ kiến thức chuyên môn giữa các phòng ban để tăng tính kết nối nội bộ.

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
