What I liked:
What I appreciate most is probably the “normal” working vibe here. It doesn’t feel like every day is a firefighting session 😄
The team is friendly and supportive. When someone gets stuck, people usually try to help instead of disappearing.
Hybrid working is honestly a big plus, especially on rainy mornings or heavy traffic days 😭
Some projects are actually interesting and give good hands-on experience instead of repeating the same tasks over and over.
Managers are not overly controlling. As long as the work gets done properly, things are pretty flexible.
Had a few long debugging days, but at least I didn’t have to debug coworkers’ attitudes too 😂
OT doesn’t happen too often. Mostly around releases or tighter deadlines. Satisfied!
Suggestions for improvement:
Some internal updates come a bit last minute, so it’s easy to miss context sometimes.
Priorities can shift pretty quickly on certain days, which breaks focus a bit.
A few seating areas feel crowded when the office gets busy.
More cross-team sharing sessions would be nice for learning different perspectives.
