What I liked:
Ấn tượng đầu tiên khi làm ở CBTW là cảm giác… không bị căng 😄
Không khí làm việc khá chill, mọi người nói chuyện với nhau bình thường, không kiểu giữ kẽ hay làm màu. Có việc thì hỏi, không biết thì nói, không ai làm mình thấy ngại khi cần help.
Công việc nhìn chung được sắp xếp khá ổn. Đa phần mọi thứ xử lý trong giờ làm, hiếm khi phải mang việc về nhà. Những lúc gần deadline thì cũng có hơi gấp, nhưng không đến mức quá tải hay bị dí liên tục.
Làm hybrid nên linh hoạt, đặc biệt mấy hôm cần tập trung hoặc có việc cá nhân thì rất tiện. Qua các dự án mình cũng học thêm được nhiều thứ, nhất là từ cách mọi người phối hợp với nhau chứ không chỉ riêng kỹ thuật. Thỉnh thoảng có mấy buổi chia sẻ nội bộ, không phải lúc nào cũng đông nhưng nội dung khá thực tế.
Nói đơn giản là đi làm xong vẫn còn sức làm việc khác, không bị “hết pin”.
OT không nhiều, thường có báo trước. Không có kiểu “chiều 6h mới biết tối nay về trễ”.
Suggestions for improvement:
Văn phòng có vài khu vực nhìn đã dùng lâu nên hơi cũ, nếu được nâng cấp thêm hoặc bố trí lại cho thoáng hơn thì sẽ dễ chịu hơn nhiều. Ngoài ra, hoạt động kết nối giữa các team chưa nhiều, nếu có thêm thì chắc không khí sẽ vui hơn.
