What I liked:
Cung cấp đầy đủ equipment cho công việc (Macbook, phím cơ, chuột). Mọi người thì thân thiện dễ gần, kể cả sếp (vì làm trực tiếp với mấy ổng), môi trường làm việc vui vẻ, không quá áp lực (có khi là ko có). Collaborate với đồng nghiệp bên Đức.
Benefits thì rất cao, top HCM, lương khá ổn so với market, có học English free trong giờ làm. Boss cũng rất quan tâm đến employees.
Công ty không có OT, work-life balance, làm đủ giờ thì về.
Suggestions for improvement:
Dự án công ty đa phần xài các công nghệ đã cũ, ít thay đổi. Challenges không nhiều, công việc khi đã quen thì không mấy thay đổi. Phù hợp cho những người muốn "slow down" lại thay vì học hỏi, làm nhiều hơn những cái trendy techs. Cũng ko có plans để phát triển kỹ năng cứng của cá nhân nhiều, chắc sắp tới cty sẽ cải thiện nhiều hơn điều này.

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
