What I liked:
Môi trường chuyên nghiệp, quy trình khá rõ ràng.
Hài lòng về lương và chế độ.
Cảm nhận work-life balance rõ, trong giờ làm việc anh em làm nghiêm túc hết mình, hết giờ nghỉ, ít khi OT
Nhiều cơ hội học hỏi và phát triển,
Rất hiếm khi mới phải OT, ít thấy công ty Nhật nào không phải OT như này
Suggestions for improvement:
Sớm lên làm việc ở văn phòng chứ WFH lâu ngày không gặp anh em, rời rạc quá
Nơi thích hợp nếu mọi người muốn ổn định lâu dài, không drama xô bồ nhé

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
