What I liked:
Công ty thường xuyên tổ chức đào tạo, nếu chăm chỉ học tập thì rất ok mặc dù mình hơi lười :)))
Chế độ lương thì không phải quá xịn sò nhưng công ty rất quan tâm chăm sóc thường xuyên teambuilding và các hoạt động có thể cho gia đình con cái tham gia. Xác định có thể làm việc lâu dài ở đây
Không OT nhiều, nếu có phải OT cũng được sếp và team chăm sóc tận tình
Suggestions for improvement:
Mỗi khi cần vấn đề gì liên quan đến hành chính thủ tục hơi rườm rà, hệ thống chính sách nội bộ công ty cũng chưa xịn như các bên to, thủ công nhiều.
