- PM sẽ quyết định sự nghiệp của bạn, có thể cho nghỉ trong 1 nốt nhạc, quyết định lương thưởng, OT
OT được trả đầy đủ nếu được PM chấm công. Hệ số OT theo quy định của pháp luật
Suggestions for improvement:
- Lương thấp so với các công ty outsource
- Đa số là on job training, hiếm khi được training công nghệ mới
