Giờ giấc làm việc tự do, anh em dev chủ động trong công việc, task
Không có chế độ OT ở công ty. Công ty làm việc theo task và anh em sẽ chủ động estimate đúng khối lượng công việc phù hợp với sức của mình
Suggestions for improvement:
Trong quá trình làm việc cảm thấy môi trường rất tuyệt vời, chưa tìm ra đc điểm cần phải cải thiện. Có vấn đề sẽ được giải quyết tại đó.
