Môi trường làm việc năng động và thân thiện là một trong những điểm nổi bật tại công ty. Đồng nghiệp hỗ trợ nhau rất nhiều, và các cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp cũng rất phong phú.
Quản lý khá hợp lý, với quy trình rõ ràng và minh bạch. Mức độ công bằng trong việc ghi nhận và thanh toán giờ làm thêm cũng rất tốt.
Suggestions for improvement:
Việc tổ chức thêm các hoạt động gắn kết tập thể cũng sẽ góp phần xây dựng văn hóa công ty mạnh mẽ hơn.
