What I liked:
Công ty giờ giấc rất thoải mái, có thể đến trong khung giờ 8-10 giờ. Trong giờ làm việc cũng không bị quản nghiêm ngặt, có thể tự mình sắp xếp cách làm việc miễn là hoàn thành đúng deadline. Đi làm từ thứ 2-6, không phải làm weekend. Các sếp vui vẻ thoải mái và dễ tính. Công ty provide nhiều snack, đồ uống cho nhân viên.
Công ty không có OT, hầu như không bao giờ phải OT, nếu có sẽ được trả lương đầy đủ đúng luật
Suggestions for improvement:
Trong công ty có những team hơi thiếu thân thiện. Hơi ít hoạt động chung, team building, company event để kết nối nhân viên.
