What I liked:
Văn phòng gọn gàng, chuẩn môi trường Nhật nhưng không quá gò bó.
Nhiều chế độ nghỉ không hưởng lương, phụ cấp cho các bằng cấp tốt (vì mình hay thích học thêm nhiều mảng, nhiều ngôn ngữ nên có phụ cấp vậy thêm động lực)
Có hoàn tiền cho nhân viên khi đi học tiếng Nhật
Dễ được đi làm việc ở Nhật, mà lượng công việc cũng không nặng như một vài cty Nhật lớn khác
Có trả lương OT, không bắt buộc OT, sếp chủ động động viên an ủi, thậm chí bao ăn uống khi OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Các bạn nào từng làm công ty phương Tây chắc sẽ khó làm quen vì cty Nhật có nhiều quy định, quy tắc
Lương cơ bản ở mức trung bình (nếu không có thêm bằng cấp nào để được phụ cấp)
Lương lên chậm, OT có lương
