What I liked:
- Hybrid mode 1 with only 1 day in office is required
- Good supporting culture. Everyone keep in mind the spirit of supporting other
- Even when the size of company is over 50, there is no conflict and small group splitting.
Almost no OT, the OT policy is clear. Flexible working time.
Suggestions for improvement:
Add more benefits like sick leave, family healthcare
