What I liked:
Môi trường thân thiện, mọi người hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, chia sẻ kiến thức và không giấu nghề; dễ hòa nhập và hợp tác. Ngoài ra có cơ hội trải nghiệm nhiều công nghệ và kiêm nhiệm nhiều vai trò khác nhau, giúp phát triển kỹ năng nhanh và có góc nhìn sản phẩm ở mức tổng thể.
Quy định rõ ràng, minh bạch. Tuy nhiên nên trao đổi trước với PM để xác định mức độ cấp thiết của task, tránh OT vì lý do không đáng.
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty chưa làm tốt mảng sale nên lượng dự án chất lượng về còn hạn chế; nhiều dự án ngắn hạn chỉ 1–2 tháng dẫn đến dòng tiền thiếu ổn định. Điều này ảnh hưởng đến chính sách lương — tốc độ tăng chậm và chưa tương xứng với kỳ vọng. Nên tập trung cải thiện năng lực sale và pipeline dự án để tạo điều kiện tốt hơn cho đội ngũ.
