What I liked:
A truly exceptional company with very kind, friendly, and professional colleagues. Interesting and challenging projects with an enormous scale of traffic. Flexible remote working policy, unlimited days off and 2 weeks of company-wide shutdown that you won't be able to find anywhere else. On average, you can find many employees working here for more than 10 years. Some extraordinary (tech) people have been working here for more than 15, 20 and even 25 years. That can show how special the company is to its employees.
Rarely have to work overtime if you manage your work and schedule well.
Suggestions for improvement:
There has been no company trips (only trade union outing trip) for several years. Please bring them back.
