Absolutely worth working company!

What I liked:
- Hybrid working model provides flexibility and helps maintain a good work–life balance.
- No micromanagement – employees are trusted to manage their own responsibilities and deliver results.
- Very supportive HR team, always responsive and willing to help with employee concerns.
- Friendly coworkers and managers – the working culture feels open and inclusive, with little sense of hierarchy or barriers between levels. Communication is comfortable and respectful.
- Premium healthcare benefits for employees and their family members.
- 13th and 14th month salary, which is a strong and competitive benefit.
- Unlimited leave policy, instead of the standard 15 annual leave days like many other companies, showing trust and flexibility toward employees.
There is no overtime policy; employees are trusted to manage their own workload and responsibilities.
Suggestions for improvement:
- There has been no Company trip for more than 4 years. Only annual Union trips are organized, and these are partially funded by employee salary, which can feel less motivating.
- Motorbike parking at the office is quite inconvenient and stressful, especially during peak hours, which can be frustrating for employees who commute daily.
