Mô tả công việc

• Lead End-to-End (E2E) testing across complex, distributed, multi-service systems
• Build test strategy and actively participate in testing critical system flows and define testing strategies for new features or major changes
• Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents, especially cross-service/system-level issues
• Collaborate closely with Engineering & AI teams to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
• Validate the behavior, consistency, and output of AI-driven systems, including detecting anomalies, regressions, and unexpected results
• Apply AI tools (Vibe Coding) to accelerate testing, log analysis, and system investigation
• Define best practices and elevate the team’s capability in system-level quality assurance

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in QA/QC for complex systems, distributed systems, or data-intensive platforms
• Strong hands-on experience in End-to-End testing & production incident investigation.
• Solid coding skills in Python (or equivalent) for scripting, simulation, and validation.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and system verification.
• Deep understanding of API integration, client-server architecture, and system workflows.
• Experience in test automation, system reliability, and AI-assisted testing workflows.
• Ability to work deeply with logs, operational data, and real system behaviors.
