Mô tả công việc

• Is responsible for the continuous standardization of network-related implementation and policies.
• Developing, optimizing and monitor the network system to meet the development needs of the Company and Clients
• Develop, implement and control processes and controlling measures to ensure information security according to ISO 9001:27001
• Report system status to manager & propose solutions to handle if necessary. Including upgrade/repair/replacement to ensure stable operation of the system.
• Helpdesk endusers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in network operations or IT infrastructure support
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, subsnetting, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, and access points via CLI (Cisco IOS or equivalent), including VLAN, trunking, and static routing
• Practical experience with LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and structured cabling (patch panel, rack management, cable termination)
• Troubleshooting skills using ping, tracert, nslookup, ipconfig
• Windows OS support and basic macOS support; ticket handling and technical documentation
• Willingness to work on-site, on shift, or on-call when required

Nice to have:

• CCNA certification (or in progress)
• Experience with firewall rules, ACL, and VPN (site-to-site / remote access)
• Familiarity with OSPF or other dynamic routing protocols
• Exposure to network monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds) and basic Linux
• Awareness of common cybersecurity threats and mitigation practices
• Good English reading/writing for technical documentation
