About the Role

The IT Manager (Infrastructure & Security) is responsible for leading Titan’s Information Technology function and ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable technology services across the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role provides strategic and operational leadership across IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, service delivery, and operational governance. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, the IT Manager will drive operational excellence, strengthen Titan’s security posture, and ensure that technology services effectively support business growth and global operations. 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor and develop the Information Technology team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage team performance, capability development, workforce planning and resource allocation.
  • Provide strategic and technical leadership across infrastructure, cybersecurity and operational technology initiatives.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, technical standards and delivery service objectives.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, operational and security issues.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, continuous learning and operational maturity across the IT function.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

  • Own the availability, performance, reliability and scalability of Titan's global IT infrastructure and enterprise platforms.
  • Provide strategic oversight of cloud environments including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Atlassian products.
  • Drive infrastructure modernisation, automation, standardisation and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain technology architecture standards, infrastructure lifecycle management and operational governance.
  • Oversee backup, disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities to ensure organisational resilience.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and infrastructure standards.
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, software licensing and configuration management.

Cyber Security & Governance

  • Lead Titan's cybersecurity strategy and continuously improve the organisation's security posture.
  • Develop, implement and maintain security policies, governance frameworks, operational standards and security controls.
  • Oversee security operations including vulnerability management, threat management, security monitoring and incident response.
  • Lead information security compliance activities including ISO 27001 certification and SOC2 Type II assurance, internal and external audits, risk assessments and continual improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure security best practices are embedded across infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise systems and operational processes.
  • Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM), privileged access controls, authentication standards and user lifecycle security.

Service Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure IT services consistently meet agreed service levels and business expectations.
  • Establish and monitor service performance metrics, operational KPIs and continual service improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the management of major IT incidents, root cause analysis and post-incident improvement activities.
  • Implement effective change management processes that minimise operational risk while supporting business agility.
  • Drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, observability and continual service improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting on infrastructure health, service performance, cybersecurity risks and improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Build strong partnerships with Product, Engineering and Business teams to deliver secure, scalable and reliable technology solutions.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key business stakeholders and provide strategic technology advice.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, managed service providers and strategic partners.
  • Oversee technology procurement, licensing, contract renewals and vendor performance to ensure value, compliance and service quality.

Technology Strategy & Financial Management

  • Develop and execute Titan's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roadmap aligned with organisational strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve security, productivity, scalability, automation and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support innovation, resilience and long-term business objectives.
  • Contribute to technology investment decisions, business planning and organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the annual IT operating budget, including contract reviews and procurement activities.
  • Monitor technology expenditure, identify cost optimisation opportunities and ensure effective financial governance across the IT function.

Yêu cầu công việc

Required Experience

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, Cyber Security or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading infrastructure, operations or technical teams, including responsibility for service delivery, operational performance and people leadership.
  • Extensive experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity within a complex technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
  • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, including security, governance and modern workplace technologies.
  • Experience administering Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence and associated platform integrations.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing security policies, governance frameworks, risk management processes and operational controls.
  • Hands-on experience leading ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II compliance activities, audits and continual security improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles including threat management, vulnerability management, identity and access management, security operations and incident response.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise technology vendors, contracts and service providers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and technology investment decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated industry experience.

Preferred

  • Experience working within SaaS, software or technology-driven organisations.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation, scripting and DevOps practices.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator certification.
  • ITIL Foundation (or higher).
  • CISSP, CISM or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification.

1 WORKING HOURS

  • Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.
