Full Stack Developer – Web3/Blockchain

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and improve the Company's Web3 products and applications. The role will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, as well as integrating blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, wallets, and other Web3 technologies into scalable and secure user-facing products.

The ideal candidate has strong experience across the full development lifecycle and a solid understanding of Blockchain, DeFi, DEXs, wallets, smart contracts, and Web3 infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend and backend applications for the Company's Web3 products and services.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web applications, dashboards, landing pages, trading interfaces, and other product features.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, authentication systems, and application infrastructure.
• Integrate blockchain networks, smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, and other Web3 infrastructure into the Company's products.
• Implement and maintain integrations with decentralized protocols, on-chain data sources, trading infrastructure, and third-party services.
• Collaborate with Smart Contract Developers and Blockchain Engineers to integrate and interact with smart contracts securely and efficiently.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements and designs into functional technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across frontend and backend systems.
• Conduct testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for technical improvements and optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, maintainability, and documentation.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, blockchain infrastructure, and development tools relevant to the Company's products.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to system architecture, APIs, integrations, deployment processes, and application features.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external teams to support product launches, updates, integrations, and technical initiatives.
• Perform other related development and technical services reasonably requested by the Company.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, Go, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, WebSocket services, databases, authentication systems, and backend services.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, performance optimization, and application security.
• Familiarity with Blockchain and Web3 technologies, including wallets, RPC providers, blockchain transactions, smart contracts, and on-chain data.
• Experience integrating applications with EVM-compatible blockchains and Web3 libraries such as ethers.js, viem, wagmi, web3.js, or similar tools.
• Understanding of DeFi products, decentralized exchanges, perpetual trading, liquidity mechanisms, or other blockchain-based financial products is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Crypto, Web3, Blockchain, DeFi, DEX, or fintech companies.
• Experience building trading platforms, perpetual DEXs, exchanges, wallets, or financial applications.
• Experience integrating smart contracts and decentralized protocols.
• Experience with EVM-compatible networks, particularly Base or other Layer 2 ecosystems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment systems.
• Experience with high-performance real-time applications and WebSocket-based systems.
• Knowledge of application security and Web3 security best practices.
• Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced product development environments.
