What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Build & Scale: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using our core technology stack of Node.js (NestJS, Next.js) and Python (FastAPI).
• AI Integration: Architect and implement complex, stateful, multi-agent workflows using advanced AI frameworks like Google ADK and LangChain to power our intelligent agent teams. Collaborate closely with AI researchers to seamlessly integrate custom-trained LLMs into our production platform.
• Deployment & Operations: Take ownership of the deployment lifecycle by containerizing applications with Docker and managing orchestration, scaling, and resilience on Kubernetes (K8s).
• AI-Native Culture: Champion and practice an AI-native development culture, leveraging AI coding principles and AI assistants to maximize creativity and accelerate the pace of innovation.
• Product Lifecycle: Contribute actively to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and rapid prototyping to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

• Core Mindset: An exceptional problem-solving mindset and an open-minded, enthusiastic approach to embracing new technologies. This is the most important skill we are looking for.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of solid experience in BOTH Backend and Frontend development, with a proven track record of building and shipping complex, high-quality products.
• Frontend Development: Strong proficiency in React and Next.js, coupled with a deep understanding and application of Frontend Security best practices.
• Backend Development: Solid experience in building scalable backends using Node.js (NestJS or ExpressJS) and Python.
• Deployment & Infrastructure: Practical, hands-on experience working with Docker and Linux environments.
• API Design: Demonstrated ability to design, build, and consume complex RESTful APIs.

Huge Plus / Preferred Qualifications:

• AI/LLM Frameworks: Hands-on experience building applications with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or, ideally, Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Orchestration: Practical experience deploying, managing, or developing for Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
• AI Tooling: A genuine enthusiasm for the latest trends in AI and a mindset geared towards AI coding and leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Advanced AI Tech: Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
