Join our engineering team in Hanoi and help design and develop software that supports real-world wireless communication systems. You'll work alongside engineers across the globe, solving challenging problems in performance, reliability, and scalability.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test and deliver C/C++ software for wireless communication systems.
• Build high-performance, reliable and scalable software solutions.
• Translate complex technical specifications into clean and well-structured software designs.
• Work with engineers across different countries throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve complex software issues and optimize system performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall software quality.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions

Must Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++, including fundamentals such as:
  • Algorithms
  • Data structures
  • Memory management
• Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand technical specifications and communicate clearly in an international engineering environment.

Preferred

• Experience or knowledge of 3GPP and LTE protocol stacks.
• Experience with embedded software, DSP or multi-core platforms.
• Good spoken English and experience working with international engineering teams.
• Experience with 4G/5G development projects.
• Experience with Linux Kernel, RTOS (OSE/VxWorks) or Hypervisor technologies.
• Experience or exposure to Agentic AI.
• Previous experience in telecom or technology companies such as Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung, Qualcomm, or similar organizations.
