What's the coolest skill you've learned?
Oivan provides Udemy, Coursera and other online accounts to learn technical skills, working chances for me to become a technical lead. Working on a big project with million users, I need to handle issues, performance, security, balance things, I’ve learned a lot by testing and practicing in real project with ownership.
What's one favorite thing about your job?
I can work with driven people, all of them are senior level, so I do not need to become a babysitter for teams. We have a big project with million users and a lot of challenges, features, with microservices on our system. So we don’t feel boring after months
