Job description

This job opening gives priority to female applicants.
 

• Log and track bugs using tools like Jira or ClickUp; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Execute test cases (manual or automation depending on the project).
• Analyze business requirements and design test plans/test cases accordingly.
• Perform various types of testing: Functional, Regression, Smoke, UAT, etc.
• Proactively suggest improvements to testing processes and product quality.
• Report testing progress and results to the QA Lead or Project Manager.

Your skills and experience

• over 2 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.
• Those who can speak, read, and write N3 or higher Japanese are preferred. Even those who are in the middle of their studies are possible.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong skills in writing clear and comprehensive test cases.
• Familiar with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic English communication skills, especially reading technical documents.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
