Job description

• Validate bug fixes using reproduction steps and gradually take ownership of test investigations.
• Explore application behavior under various conditions and user scenarios.
• Design and execute test cases, automate test steps, and analyze failures.
• Run manual test procedures and document results clearly.
• Communicate effectively with developers and QA peers using screenshots, setup steps, and behavior comparisons.

Your skills and experience

• 2+ years of testing experience with desktop and web applications.
• Strong full-stack testing skills: manual testing and automation (mandatory).
• Experience designing effective test cases and test plans.
• Comfortable working with basic code and IDEs (e.g., VS Code, IntelliJ).
• Strong English reading and writing skills for global collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or Oracle).
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, JMeter, Postman).

Nice to Have

• Background in software development, tech support, or programming.
• Experience with Windows environments and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of statistics, experimental design, or programming in R/Python.
