Job description
This position will be contracted through Bosch’s external vendor under a one-year agreement.
We are building a Next Gen global workflow platform that powers mission‑critical processes for enterprises - now accelerated by Low‑Code/No‑Code, Citizen Development, and GenAI at the core.
As our Technical Evangelism & Enablement Associate, you turn capabilities into customer outcomes: crafting narratives, demos, and programs that convert curiosity into activation, pilots into migration commitments, and releases into daily habit. You’ll lead workshops, product walkthroughs, and customer councils to accelerate legacy‑to‑Next Gen migration, tighten feedback loops with Product and Engineering, and make end‑users love using our platform every day. Your impact will be visible in adoption growth, migration velocity, and delighted customers at global scale.
Key Responsibilities
1) Product Storytelling & Technical Content
- Turn technical features (GenAI, LCNC, workflow orchestration, governance) into clear value propositions and job-to-be-done narratives.
- Create and maintain demo scripts, solution walkthroughs, hands-on videos, PPT narratives, technical datasheets, FAQ, release notes, how-to guides, and customer newsletters.
- Build battlecards and enablement decks tailored to IT, business owners, architects, and end-user personas.
2) Migration & Change Management Programs
- Co-design migration playbooks and run product demos, workshops, clinics, and office hours to engage customers on the migration plan.
- Coordinate stakeholder mapping, communication plans, training paths, UAT enablement, and success checklists.
- Capture feedback, document blockers, and feed insights directly into the backlog and migration tooling roadmap.
3) Global GTM & Feature Launches
- Run launch cycles: messaging, positioning, asset creation, multi-region release orchestration, and customer enablement.
- Partner with Product and CS to pilot with lighthouse customers, collect testimonials/case studies, and scale what works.
4) User Insights & Research
- Conduct structured interviews, surveys, usability reviews, and beta programs; synthesize into insight briefs and prioritized recommendations.
- Track adoption telemetry with Product Analytics and propose experiments (A/B tests, in-product nudges, guided tours).
5) Campaigns & Community
- Run webinars, how-to series, community events, and knowledge base programs for citizen developers and end users.
- Build and nurture customer champions and internal field advocates.
Your skills and experience
- 5–8+ years in Technical Product Marketing, Platform Adoption, Customer Programs for SaaS/Cloud/Workflow/Platform products.
- Proven ability to produce: demo videos (e.g., Camtasia/CapCut/Premiere), executive-grade PPT narratives, and high-conversion articles/newsletters.
- Exceptional English (speaking & writing); skilled at simplifying complex technical topics for multiple personas.
- Hands-on with collaboration and analytics tools: Microsoft 365/PowerPoint, Jira/Confluence, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, GA4 / product analytics, Power BI (or equivalent).
- Comfortable engaging product/engineering on APIs, architecture, security/compliance, and telemetry-driven adoption.
- Experience working globally across time zones with enterprise customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code and Citizen Development models, governance, and change management.
- GenAI fluency: prompt engineering for content, video scripting, product tours; using Copilot/OpenAI tools to accelerate production.
- Design literacy with Figma/Canva/Adobe; ability to build clean, accessible visual assets.
- Data-driven: able to instrument content, analyze campaign impact, and propose experiments.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Speaking, Writting) is a must.

- Private Health Insurance (Generali) : Covered by company
- Personal Accident Insurance: Covered by company
- 13-month Salary Bonus : Guaranteed upon contract completion. (Payment timing: Included in the final payroll of labor contract)
