Job description

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. 
• Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using C#, PHP, Java, Python , Frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue), Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) 
• Leverage your cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Architect) to architect and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. 
• Explore and implement AI/ML techniques to enhance software solutions and improve business outcomes. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. 
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends. 
• Mentor and develop junior team members to help them grow professionally. 

Your skills and experience

• Degree of IT (Bachelor, Associate)
  Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Technical Leader or Team Leader. 
• Proficiency in at least 2 of the following : C#, PHP, Java and Python.
• Experience with Frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills. 
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members. 
• Experience managing projects and delivering results on time. 
• Experience working with Japanese customers.
• Good in English for daily communication with clients.
• Japanese: ~ N3 is a plus
