Job description

We're looking for a hands-on systems integrator who’s excited to build and maintain development infrastructure — and grow into the world of DevOps, Secure DevOps (DevSecOps), and AI-based operations (AIOps). 

Whether your background is in IT, DevOps, system integration, or platform support, if you’re curious about automation, cybersecurity, and AI, this role is your gateway to future-ready skills.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration & Maintenance:
  • Install and maintain internal tools: GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, SBOM generators, artifact repositories 
  • Set up Linux/Windows-based environments to support developers and QA 
  • Monitor performance, perform regular updates/patching, and troubleshoot server-side issues 
• DevOps Support:
  • Help implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate security checkpoints 
  • Automate deployment, versioning, and documentation workflows 
  • Contribute to tool configuration, scripting, and platform tuning
• Cybersecurity & Compliance Readiness:
  • Support software supply chain transparency (SBOM, license scans) 
  • Maintain logs, system integrity checks, and security update processes 
  • Assist in generating cybersecurity documentation for FDA and global compliance.
• AIOps Exploration:
  • Help monitor system health and security using lightweight automation 
  • Support log aggregation and anomaly detection setup 
  • Be involved in designing smarter, self-healing infrastructure.
• Internal Collaboration & Learning
  • Work directly with developers, QA, and HQ security teams 
  • Participate in hands-on training on FDA cybersecurity practices, DevSecOps, and cloud-native tools  
  • Propose improvements, document workflows, and continuously learn

Your skills and experience

You probably have:

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps support, or system integration  
• Comfort working with Linux servers, scripting tools (e.g. Bash or Python), and server monitoring  
• Familiarity with at least one CI/CD or automation tool (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Even better if you have:

• Experience with code quality tools, containers (Docker), or cloud platforms  
• Interest in cybersecurity or AI/ML in operations  
• Curiosity about medical devices, regulated systems, or data privacy 
• Basic understanding of English documentation (training support provided).
