Bank Solutions is the technical foundation of Zalopay’s integration with banks and financial institutions, enabling high-performance services such as account linking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and more. Our systems handle millions of real-time financial transactions daily with extreme reliability, security, and scalability.

We're looking for a highly skilled and driven Software Engineer who shares our passion for innovation in the fintech space. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing both the frontend user interfaces and the high-traffic backend systems.

What You'll Do:

• End-to-End Development: Design and develop robust, scalable backend services (primarily Java/Golang) that power our financial products, and build intuitive frontend applications to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high code quality through comprehensive unit testing, thorough execution for both frontend and backend components.
• Problem Solver: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and errors promptly across the entire application stack, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
• Documentation Guru: Contribute to and maintain up-to-date system documentation, sharing your knowledge effectively with the team.

Your skills and experience

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack Software Engineer in a complex, enterprise-level development environment.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and modern Java frameworks like Spring Boot 2+ for backend development.
• Proven experience in integrating and developing APIs.
• Experience working with both relational (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and non-relational data stores (e.g. Redis).
• Familiarity with distributed, event-driven systems, including messaging protocols and middleware like RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka
• A deep understanding of OOP principles and key design patterns.
• Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, networking, and experience with CI/CD
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve development productivity and workflow efficiency.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience with Golang.
• Experience in frontend development using ReactJS.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience or knowledge of e-wallet, e-payment, e-banking, or the broader finance industry is a significant advantage
