About the Role

We are looking for Senior QC Engineers to join our QA team and contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our POS and SaaS products.

We are hiring for both Manual and Automation QC positions. Candidates with strong expertise in either Manual Testing or Automation Testing are welcome to apply. Your responsibilities will be aligned with your technical background and strengths.

Key Contributions

• Understand product requirements and testing processes to define and execute effective testing activities
• Design, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and automated test scripts
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing
• Develop and maintain reliable test automation frameworks and scripts where applicable
• Identify, troubleshoot, document, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle
• Work with developers and BAs to investigate issues, analyze requirements, and ensure product quality
• Perform data validation using SQL and databases
• Participate in test case and automation script reviews and continuously improve testing processes, coverage, and efficiency
• Contribute to test strategy and quality improvement initiatives across the full software development lifecycle
• Communicate testing progress, results, risks, and quality issues to relevant stakeholders

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software testing/quality control
• Strong experience in either Manual Testing or Automation Testing; experience in both is a plus

For Manual QC

• Strong experience in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts

For Automation QC

• Strong programming skills in Java
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Playwright, or Robot Framework
• Experience building or significantly contributing to test automation frameworks is a strong plus

For All QC Candidates

• Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one database, such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman and Charles
• Experience with performance testing is a plus
• Experience applying AI technologies in software testing/test automation is a strong plus
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working on complex or large-scale software projects
