Job description

This position will be employed through Bosch’s external vendor under an initial one-year contract. Contract renewal is highly possible and will be considered based on performance and business needs.

We’re seeking a Senior Automation Tester (Playwright/ Python) who combines deep technical expertise with a relentless pursuit of excellence. This role demands a strong understanding of complex software architectures, experience in leading automation initiatives, and responsibility for designing and implementing comprehensive test frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Playwright with Python

• Perform both automation and manual testing activities

• Review product requirements, test scenarios, and test cases to ensure quality coverage

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines

• Monitor and analyze test results, identify issues, and propose improvements

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and global stakeholders

• Mentor and support team members in automation testing practices

• Explore AI-driven approaches to improve testing efficiency and quality

Your skills and experience

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with strong focus on automation testing
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Python
• Good understanding of CI/CD and modern testing practices
• Good English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have
• Experience with Low-code/No-code platforms
• ISTQB certification
• Experience with performance testing or AI-supported testing solutions
