Job description

Responsible for the project management and delivery of IT consulting services. Works with user groups to identify, develop, acquire, and implement methodologies for the installation of new information systems or integration of existing systems. Coordinates in the acquisition and installation of hardware, software, databases, and peripherals that meet client needs. Often have focused knowledge of a specific technology or industry. Possesses the necessary technical skills to study and analyze systems needs; and handle systems development, systems process analysis, design and re-engineering A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

Your skills and experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Nexacro Platform
• Strong proficiency in Nexacro Platform for frontend development
• Solid experience with JavaScript (ES5/ES6+), including closures, callbacks, and event-driven programming compatible with Nexacro runtime
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot framework for backend development
• Experience with Java JSP and migration from JSP-based systems to Nexacro Platform
• Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on web servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, or WebLogic
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database integration
• Familiarity with Nexacro-specific concepts: data binding, dataset handling, asynchronous transaction calls, dynamic component rendering, and form/grid management
• Experience with WinForm-style two-way data binding patterns, ensuring real-time synchronization between UI components and data sources
• Experience handling session-based authentication, including SessionID management, session propagation across requests, and secure session handling in enterprise applications
• Familiarity with insurance domain workflows (policy management, claims, underwriting, etc.)
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
