Job description

Purpose:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Magento Developer with a strong background in software development and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Magento. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Magento architecture, performance optimization, and the ability to lead complex projects from conception to deployment.

Job responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain of complex Magento-based applications.
• Implement scalable, high-performance solutions using the Magento framework.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal speed and responsiveness.
• Lead integration efforts between Magento and third-party systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate sophisticated server-side logic with user-facing elements.
• Guide junior developers and offer mentorship to the development team.
• Stay informed on the latest Magento releases, security updates, and industry trends, applying upgrades and improvements as necessary.
• Provide technical leadership in planning and executing projects while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure quality assurance, testing, and documentation of all developed solutions.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Magento development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with MySQL database management.
• Solid understanding of Magento 2 architecture and customization, module development, API integration
• Experience with E-commerce features like payment, shipping, catalog, inventory management, etc.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Able to communicate in English
