Senior / Leader Front-end Engineer

Job description

• For Leader role: lead the front-end development team to deliver high-quality web-based and desktop applications.
• Define and implement the technical stack for front-end development projects.  
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.  
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.  
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.  
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are at the forefront of innovation.
• Other tasks assigned by the Company or Line Manager

Your skills and experience

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.  
• Proven 5+ years of experience as a Senior Front-end Engineer / 8+ years of experience as a Front-end Leader.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular, Vue.js).  
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and basic front-end SEO best practices.
• Experience in building web-based and desktop applications.  
• Ability to define and implement technical stacks for various projects.  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts.  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.  
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.  
• Expertise with Git workflows (Trunk‑Based, Git Flow) and code‑review best practices.
• Good at English, communication, and negotiation skills.  
• Willingness to travel to client sites internationally.  

Prefer

• Experience with backend technologies, ability to collaborate closely with backend teams and debug full-stack issues.
• Experience with AI, Blockchain and machine learning technologies.  
• A solid understanding of the industry and the target market in Digital Transformation, Information Management System, E Commerce and Finance technologies.  
• Open-source contributions are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience owning CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Awareness of front-end security best practices.
