Job description

Build the Future of Intelligent Workflows Platform

We’re redefining how the global workflow platform works.

At the core of a global technology organization, our product team is building a next-generation enterprise workflow platform used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on modern low-code/no-code (NCLC) foundations and rapidly evolving into an AI-native product powered by automation and GenAI, this platform is central to how critical business processes operate at scale.

As we transform into a true AI Product Team, we are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst (Product Owner Assistant) who thrives at the intersection of product thinking, execution excellence, customer empathy, and technical depth.

This is not a documentation role.

This is a product-impact role.

You will work closely with Product & Service Managers, engineers, consultants, and global stakeholders to turn vision into reality - bringing clarity to complexity and execution to scale.

Job Description

Why This Role Matters?

You sit at the center of product discovery and delivery – ensuring the right problems are solved, with the right priority, and that outcomes scale to hundreds of thousands of users. You bridge legacy knowledge, real customer pain points, and future-ready AI design to shape the Next Gen workflow platform.

If you’re energized by complexity, precision, and impact - and want to grow into a strong product development career - this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Product Execution & Ownership

  • Partner with the Product & Service Manager to translate product strategy into clear, outcome-driven requirements
  • Break down complex processes into scalable workflows, user stories, and system designs
  • Own backlog quality, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure requirements are data driven, testable, and aligned with product vision

Discovery, Legacy Deep Dive & Design Thinking

  • Deep-dive into features, functions, and usage data of the existing workflow platform
  • Identify what to retain, improve, simplify, or retire based on real user behavior
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating Design Thinking workshops
  • Translate research and insights into concrete Next-Gen requirements

Customer & IT Consultant Exposure (~25%)

  • Spend ~25% of time in an IT consultant role, engaging directly with internal customers
  • Understand real customer pain points, expectations, and constraints
  • Feed customer insights back into product prioritization and solution design

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

  • Act as a bridge between customers, key stakeholder, business, engineering, design, and operations
  • Lead requirement reviews, validation, and support UAT
  • Measure delivery outcomes against business success criteria

Technical, AI & Adoption Excellence

  • Define functional and nonfunctional requirements (performance, security, scalability)
  • Collaborate closely with engineering through design, build, and delivery
  • Support AI-driven workflows, intelligent automation, change management, and adoption

Your skills and experience

  • 7+ years of experience in IT Business Analyst or product adjacent roles
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, workflow automation, and system design
  • Experience with low-code/no-code (NCLC) and cloud architectures (preferred)
  • Exposure to AI/ML products or strong interest in AI transformation
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills – able to turn ambiguity into clarity
  • Experience working with global, cross functional teams
  • Comfortable in Agile environments with high ownership
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and outcome-focused

Nice to Have

  • Workflow / approval platform experience
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA certifications
  • Large-scale platform migration exposure

Why you'll love working here

  • Private Health Insurance (Generali) : Covered by company
  • Personal Accident Insurance: Covered by company
  • 13-month Salary Bonus : Guaranteed upon contract completion. (Payment timing: Included in the final payroll of labor contract)
  • 12 days annual leave
