Job description

We are looking for an IT Engineer (SysOps) to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance IT infrastructure operations for the company and indirectly for our global clients. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main responsibilities of the Senior IT Engineer (SysOps) include:

• Administer server (Windows), storage (NAS, iSCSI), Hyper-V Cluster, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, MDT/SCCM/WSUS for endpoint management and backup/DR readiness (MABS). 
• Organize, automate and schedule system upgrades and maintenance to minimize user disruption. 
• Monitor and operate network devices and containerized environments, such as firewall (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet), L3 router, L2 switch, VPN, and K8s, Docker; ensure network performance, security policy compliance. Troubleshoot network issues and plan capacity upgrades. 
• Manage services on cloud-based M365, Azure, AWS. Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency. 
• Design, develop, and deploy operational automation - including script-based incident remediation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and intelligent alert correlation - to reduce manual work and improve MTTR. 
• Maintain infrastructure documentation; deliver technical support to internal users. 
• Provide day-to-day support to internal/external clients if required.  
• Provide periodic environment reviews and suggestions for enhancement of services or resiliency of environments.

Your skills and experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in System administration, IT operations, network or cloud infrastructure management. 
• MCSA/CCNA minimum (or equivalent certification), nice to have MCSE or equivalent certification; solid hands-on experience with Windows Server, Ubuntu, Hyper-V, K8s, Docker, and enterprise networking (L3 routing, L2 switching, firewall, VPN).
• Proven experience deploying and operating monitoring/alerting systems and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Worked with IT infrastructure operations processes aligned with ISO 27001 or ITIL.
• Used AI tools to implement IT operations automation (scripted remediation, IaC, or alert-driven workflows).
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese 
• Take initiative in improving reporting, processes, workflow, and client outcomes.
