Senior Golang Backend Engineer

Overview

• We are looking for a Senior Golang Backend Engineer to build and optimize high-concurrency, realtime backend services running on Kubernetes and AWS.
• This role focuses on microservices, event streaming, caching, and scalable architecture for realtime workloads.
• You will work on systems that handle large traffic, low latency, and high availability using Kafka, Redis, WebSocket/gRPC and cloud-native infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services in Golang with focus on concurrency and performance
• Design and maintain microservices architecture deployed on Kubernetes
• Build realtime services using WebSocket / gRPC
• Use Redis (cache, Pub/Sub, session) for performance optimization
• Use Kafka for event streaming and async processing
• Deploy and operate services on AWS (EKS/EC2/S3)
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and containerized deployment
• Participate in performance optimization and system stability improvements
• Work closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams

Your skills and experience

Requirements (Must-have)

• 5+ years experience with Golang
• Strong knowledge of microservices, REST/gRPC
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
• Experience with Redis and Kafka
• Experience building high-concurrency / realtime systems
• Familiar with AWS cloud environment
• Good problem solving and performance optimization mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform / observability tools
• Experience in game server / streaming / fintech / realtime platform
• Knowledge of secure communication (TLS/mTLS)
