Outpost24 is looking for Senior Front End Developer to expand our Development team for Outpost24 in our beautiful office in HANOI, VIETNAM!

As a Senior Frontend Developer, your main responsibilities will include:

Develop software using modern engineering approaches and agile principles.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, including automated testing.
Participate in sprint planning and review meetings.
Deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in technical decisions.
Contribute to technical debt tracking and improvement plan.
Research new technologies, libraries, models, and tools.
Share knowledge to make the team grow.
Incorporate the Outpost24 core organizational values – Trust, Respect, Adaptability, and Commitment – into daily tasks and responsibilities.

Other responsibilities include:

Collaborating with teams during both design and development phases to ensure adherence to UI architectural standards and best practices.
Partnering with UX designers to continue to drive the development of a modern user interface layer.
Designing and developing proof of concept prototypes for advanced features and designs.

What would make you stand out as our ideal candidate?

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Professional experience (5+ years) with Angular, Svelte or another modern JavaScript web framework (React, Vue, etc.).
Experience with back-end development using Java, Golang, Python.
Advanced knowledge of software development methods and best practices.
Experience using Git in a professional environment.
Experience with performance and optimization problems and ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems.
Problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Fluency in English.
