Job description

Founded in 2001, Soda Digital is an established custom software company based in Australia, Vietnam and the Philippines.
We are seeking an exceptional Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure Cloud Services) responsible for enabling our development teams as they embark on new projects. You’ll also be applying best practices to review, standardise and automate legacy environment configurations.
We need the person who applies for this role to be able to troubleshoot and work autonomously - once they have access to everything then need.
Responsibilities
 

• Design, implement and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and platforms in MS Azure to support the delivery of custom software solutions.
• Automate configuration management and the provisioning and management of cloud resources using scripting tools such as CloudFormation and PowerShell.
• Build and maintain DevOps pipelines in Git Actions, integrating automated tests, build processes and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address technical requirements
• Cloud security best practices and ability to implement robust security controls.
• Document cloud architecture, processes and procedures to support knowledge sharing and scalability.

Your skills and experience

• Azure Cloud Services – Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Experience with scripting tools such as CloudFormation and PowerShell for automation.
• DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines – Building and maintaining DevOps pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Configuration Management – Automating provisioning and management of cloud resources.
• Cloud Security – Implementing best practices and robust security controls.
• Documentation – Creating and maintaining cloud architecture, processes, and procedures
