Job description

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead the design and implementation of enterprise security solutions (SOC, IAM, DevSecOps).
🔹 Drive Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Fraud Management, and AML initiatives across the Core Banking ecosystem.
🔹 Conduct Security Architecture Reviews and ensure all projects meet security and regulatory requirements before Go-Live.
🔹 Collaborate with business and technology teams to strengthen cyber resilience and protect customer data.

Your skills and experience

Who We're Looking For:

✔ 10–15 years of experience in Information Security, including at least 5 years as a Security Architect, Head of Security, or CISO within a financial institution.

✔ Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or operating a Security Operations Center (SOC).

✔ Strong understanding of banking regulations and security compliance, including:

• State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Information Security regulations
• AML/CFT requirements
• Vietnam Personal Data Protection regulations

✔ Professional certifications such as:

• CISSP, CISM, or CISA (strongly preferred; expected for Head-level candidates)
• CEH
• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor

✔ PCI-DSS QSA certification or experience is a strong advantage for candidates specializing in payment security and fraud prevention.
