Job description

We are searching for X2 Senior Backend Serverless to join our team.  This role is perfect for passionate programmers who enjoy learning about challenging projects quickly and working well with others in agile teams. You will help develop SaaS web applications and cross-platform applications, using the latest technologies in SaaS, Web3, and AI.
 

Your Role:
Be part of an international team to create complex web and mobile applications and improve existing ones.
Work closely with experienced software teams from Australia and other countries on important medium to large projects.
Spend some time working on our internal projects with new technologies in AI/ML to grow your skills and knowledge.
 

Your skills and experience

• Having a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar field is helpful but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience working full-time in software development is essential
• Excellent skills in developing with Node.js (Full Stack) and GraphQL; Typescript and AWS Serverless (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SNS, SQS) using SAM (ideally) or CDK.
• Comfortable with NoSQL and/or SQL DB's (Full Stack)
• Experience with React.Js, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and vanilla JavaScript.
• Must be able to communicate well in English (speaking and writing) with team members and clients.
 

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
 

• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of software architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with unit tests and/or TDD.
• Previous work with international teams and using English for communication.
• Interest or experience in AI/ML, Blockchain, Digital Identity/Verified Credentials, and/or FinTech.
