Senior AI Engineer (GenAI / RAG / Multi-Agent | AWS)

Job description

We are building next-generation AI capabilities to transform how insurance operates — from customer interaction to underwriting, claims, and fraud detection.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key hands-on role in building production-grade GenAI and AI systems, including a Knowledge Virtual Assistant powered by advanced RAG and multi-agent architectures.

This is a great opportunity to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execution 

• Design, develop, and implement the Knowledge Virtual Assistant using advanced RAG and Multi-Agent Architecture. 
• Build multi-agent systems (supervisor + domain-specific agents) tailored to each business function 
  (Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Compliance, HR, IT, etc.). 
• Develop other strategic AI/ML solutions: customer personalization, claims automation, fraud detection, predictive underwriting, and analytics. 
•  Build and maintain robust end-to-end MLOps pipelines and production deployment on AWS. 
• Apply structured AI development methodologies such as Vibe Coding combined with BMAD to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes. 
•  Lead LLM fine-tuning initiatives for insurance-specific and Vietnamese-language models. 

Consultation and Governance 

• Contribute to Computer Vision and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) solutions, including document processing, claims image analysis, and voice-enabled compliance recording (as required by Vietnamese insurance regulations). 
• Actively collaborate with the Regional GenAI Team to ensure all solutions comply with global AI architecture standards, best practices, security, and guidelines.

Others

• Support other tasks as required by higher management
• Ensure all activities, decisions and deliverables comply with fair treatment of Clients principles, proactively 
  identifying and mitigating risks of unfair client outcomes in line with Company conduct expectations

Your skills and experience

Must-have

• 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering
• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI systems (not just PoC)
• Strong production AI experience on AWS is mandatory
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields. 

Strong expertise in:

• Python + AI/ML frameworks
• Generative AI / LLM / RAG systems
• LangChain / LangGraph (multi-agent systems)
• AWS AI ecosystem (SageMaker, Bedrock is a plus)
• MLOps & production deployment
• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform (or similar)

Nice-to-have

• Experience with multi-agent AI systems in production
• Exposure to Computer Vision / Speech AI
• Experience in Fintech / Insurance / Banking
• Multilingual AI (Vietnamese + English)
• AWS certifications
