Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
- Coach and mentor the development team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress
- Foster a self-organizing and cross-functional team environment
- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog
- Track and report team progress and metrics
- Promote continuous improvement and learning within the team
- Help the team to improve their engineering practices and tools.
Your skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
- Experience with various Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, XP) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
