We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our operations team as a Research Support Analyst. This position plays a crucial coordination role across multiple internal teams throughout the workday, ensuring the quality and representativeness of our survey data, supporting data tracking and cleaning efforts, and preparing operational reports for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Quota Monitoring & Survey Fielding Coordination
- Monitor incoming survey responses and daily quotas for active surveys.
- Ensure quotas are being met accurately and in real-time to maintain sample representativeness.
- Communicate closely with the cross functional teams to provide live feedback, report real time issues, and make timely adjustments.
- Report anomalies or risks in quota fulfillment to internal stakeholders.
Data Quality & Quota Tracking Support
- Assist the Data team with setting up and maintaining quota tracking systems.
- Support in data cleaning tasks and check datasets for inconsistencies or missing values.
- Review project documentation and specifications to understand project needs and to ensure data accuracy.
- Use tools like Excel, Python, SPSS, SAS, and proprietary platforms to contribute to data workflows.
Survey Disposition Reporting
- Support the Disposition team in compiling reports on survey operational metrics (e.g., length of interview, response rates, call attempts, and sample health).
- Coordinate with client-facing teams, statisticians, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of the reports to clients.
- Help interpret and format findings in a clear and useful way for clients and internal teams.
Your skills and experience
Must be proficient in English. Training will be provided in English only. (Yêu cầu Tiếng Anh giao tiếp. Nhân viên được tham gia các khóa huấn luyện, đào tạo vởi chuyên gia nước ngoài.)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Data Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, basic automation).
- Familiarity with at least one data processing/statistical tool: Python, SPSS, SAS, R, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and understand technical project documentation/specs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience in market research, polling, or survey operations.
- Understanding quota-based sampling or tracking.
