Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute test planning, test design, and execution for complex features
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear, actionable reports
- Collaborate closely with developers, product analysts, project analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
- Proactively flag risks and propose solutions before they become problems
- Support and contribute to automation testing initiatives (nice to have)
- Take end-to-end ownership of quality in your assigned products/projects
Your skills and experience
- 5+ years of QA experience with strong hands-on testing skills (functional, regression, integration, API, DB, etc.)
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills — you catch what others miss
- Advanced English — able to communicate fluently in writing and speech with cross-functional teams
- High sense of responsibility and ownership — you see things through, not just report them
- Proactive mindset — you don't wait to be told; you identify gaps and act
- Good attitude and collaborative spirit — you make the team better
- Automation experience (Playwright) is a plus
